You
should consider hiring Sally if...
You value creative thinking,
innovative ideas, self-starters, honest opinions,
ballsiness and human assets.
You believe in the power of
design, that a sense of humor goes a long way in
business, that passion for what you do is necessary to
be excellent at it, and that a perfectionist (although
can be a pain in the ass at times) will always meet
deadlines and do so with a great finished product.
You believe that someone
who would take their job search to a national marketing
campaign level just may
be off-center enough to have something new, fresh and
worthwhile to add to your company/organization. |

You should not consider hiring
Sally if...
You are committed to status quo, believe in
micromanagement, insist all employees work on site
(unless you are located in Wilmington, NC), believe in top-down communication or that the most important assets
in a company/organization include dollar signs only.
You believe that design is
just a way to make things "look pretty" and not a true contributor to the bottom line,
always play it safe and never take risks, have no sense
of humor about business (or anything else), or are looking for a "yes"
person.
Sally is not interested in
sales positions or work-at-home scams (or illicit
proposals)...so, please don't
waste your time or hers. |
